This is a low-impact workout that can be done sitting or standing. Perfect for fitness beginners, those with limited mobility, and older adults. Truth is, we need cardio for a healthy heart. The human heart has a tendency to weaken and stiffen over time. That makes it harder to send life-giving blood, oxygen, and nutrients throughout your whole body. Also, we need strength training and mobility exercises to maintain as much muscle and range of motion as possible. You tend to naturally lose both with age, making it harder to move around on your own.
