About the event
This class is open to everyone, regardless of their fitness level, and will be adapted to accommodate different needs. For those who find it challenging to step onto the board, alternative moves can be performed without it. If standing or balance is an issue, participation from a chair is possible. The class will begin with a tutorial for those who may struggle with coordination. Additionally, if you are unable to attend the full class, you are still welcome to stop by, take a picture, and sing Happy Birthday. 💜💛
