Service Description
Engage in a fun and dynamic workout that incorporates a variety of exercises designed to enhance muscular strength, range of motion, and daily functional activities. Resistance training is facilitated through the use of hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and kettlebells. A chair is utilized for seated or standing support. This class offers a low-impact, progressive workout tailored to engage major muscle groups through exercises such as seated rows, bicep curls, and chair squats, all adapted to accommodate individual fitness levels. Throughout the class, guidance on proper technique is provided, and modifications are suggested as necessary to ensure a safe and effective workout experience.
